Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped Monday–Friday.

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for USPS/FedEx to update your tracking information after your shipment has been processed.

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary purposes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you receive a defective item, please email info@shopmakeupbyrach.com within 14 days of delivery with your name, order number, and a photo of the product. If the item is confirmed to be defective, you will be eligible for a replacement of the same item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when applicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
